Herbal 1st Aid Training: Level 1

Join us at the N.E.S.T. in Woodstock, welcoming Raine E. Ford of Mountain Woman Medicine, on this 5-day Information Intensive journey, where we will, through deep discussion  & hands-on experience, learn some of the many ways to use plants as medicine for common discomforts, emergencies & supporting level wellbeing.

What is it?

Learning to care for our own is such a Huge Need.  And the WAY we go about that, is equally important.  For it's Not just about Taking Care of someone (doing it For them), it's about empowering them into their own healing.  For without learning the causes & solutions for ourselves we are invariably going to meet that same problem again and again, in different ways.

Join us to discuss First Aid Plants, Distinguish/Diagnose common Ailments, and choose the right plant for the issue. Focus on Nervous System Support (Anxiety, PTSD, Trauma), Respiratory, and GI Tract.
