ESKFF N.E.S.T. serves as a sanctuary that transforms, blending education, spirituality, and healing amidst the tranquil embrace of Mount Guardian's sacred forest, just a leisurely stroll from Woodstock, NY. This holistic learning center and mountain retreat, spanning 23 acres, transcends conventional boundaries, acting as both a haven for creative safety and an incubation station.
Beyond mere physicality, the N.E.S.T. embodies intentional family living and collaborative pursuits, nurturing a lively center for metamorphosis. Through the organic unfolding of storytelling, ritual, alternative healing, and earth-honoring activities, the N.E.S.T. becomes a catalyst for significant transformation.

Meet Our Founder & Director,
Stefanie Frank
Visionary retreat leader, community builder, host, and facilitator of spiritually diverse transformational immersive healing art experiences.
She has supported and led countless ceremonies and retreats for over 10 years and is currently the Co-Coordinator of the Hudson Valley Psychedelic Society.
Stefanie has held executive positions in the corporate world and was on the boards of directors of numerous organizations including her current position for COSM, Church of Sacred Mirrors, and ESKFF.
Her memberships include MAPS, DPA, Family for Sensible Drug Policy, The Assemblage, ICEC, and many more.
Stefanie is trained in leading Talking Circles by the Four Worlds Institute. She leads a daily morning Zoom group incorporating that practice which she has named Fresh Start and dances with a worldwide Sangha daily honoring the Buddhist goddess Tara.
