Healing with Grief - A Day Ritual Retreat

Join us for an intimate day retreat to honor sorrows together, experiencing the profound medicine of collective healing that makes grief more bearable through shared vulnerability.

We’ll engage in various rituals designed to open pathways for honoring, releasing, and alchemizing the sorrows within your heart.
These sacred experiences not only provide deep healing in the moment but also equip you with enduring tools to lean into grief throughout life's journey—teaching that our capacity to grieve mirrors our capacity to love.

All types of grief are welcome here

We may feel grief from the loss of a loved one, and it can also include the loss of relationships, shifts in identity and lived experiences, the diminishing of vitality through illness, and more. We also acknowledge the grief arising from the collective, ancestral wounds, and environmental crises or trauma.
