Do you feel ready for an emotional and energetic reset? Are you curious about ancient ways of clearing heaviness, stagnation, and spiritual residue—from yourself and from others?
A limpia is a traditional spiritual and energetic cleansing ceremony found in Mexican and Mexican-American healing traditions (Curanderismo). Limpias work with simple, natural elements—such as eggs, herbs, stones, flowers, smoke, and prayer—to gently remove heavy or intrusive energies, restore balance, and reawaken a person’s natural vitality.
In this immersive, experiential workshop, you will both receive limpias and learn how to give them in simple, respectful ways that can be used for personal self-care, spiritual practice, and helping loved ones.
Rather than focusing on diagnosis or pathology, limpias address the energetic imprint of life itself—stress, grief, emotional wounds, environmental overwhelm, and the subtle ways we absorb what is happening around us.
This daylong gathering blends teaching, demonstration, and hands-on practice in a grounded, ceremonial container.
You will learn how to:
Create a simple home healing altar
Prepare yourself as a clear and grounded channel
Perform basic limpia techniques using eggs, herbs, stones, and flower waters
Clear heavy or stagnant energies from your own field
Offer a limpia to another person with confidence and care
Strengthen energetic boundaries and spiritual hygiene
Work with intention, prayer, and focused presence
No prior experience is necessary. All tools and methods taught are accessible, gentle, and rooted in tradition.
This workshop is ideal for:
Spiritual seekers wanting deeper self-clearing practices
Energy workers wishing to expand their toolkit
Therapists, bodyworkers, and healers curious about ceremonial cleansing
Anyone feeling energetically burdened or out of balance
Participants will leave with practical skills, a deeper relationship to their own intuitive sensing, and a renewed sense of clarity and vitality.
