Introduction to Ancestral Currents: Family & Systemic Constellations

Join Amanda Cassiday for an introduction to Family Constellations — a healing modality that illuminates the unseen currents of our ancestry, reveals hidden patterns shaping our families, work, relationships, and health, and invites the flow of love within our systems and our lives.

What you can expect:

Rooted in the wisdom of Family & Systemic Constellation work, this evening offers both a gentle introduction for the constellation curious while also offering space for meaningful “micro” movements of the soul. Together, we will ground in the foundations of family & systemic constellations, nurture a sacred, supportive, and “spiritually hygienic” container, and participate in small group constellations and rituals. All participants will have the opportunity to explore their own constellations through small group exercises.

Just as transformative is joining together in a sacred ritual of collective care, practicing opening our hearts to one another, being in our bodies and heart space honestly and compassionately alongside each other, and both witnessing and being witnessed in our healing journey.

If you are new to constellation work, or want to learn more about its foundations, this is a great opportunity to explore this profound modality.

About Facilitator:

Amanda Cassiday is an emergent Family & Systemic Constellation practitioner whose work is rooted in a decade of deep spiritual inquiry. She believes that while healing is both personal and collective — community is a vital catalyst for transformation.

A life-long community builder and weaver, Amanda co-founded Engather, a local gift economy platform in the Hudson Valley; co-directed the launch of Kingston Common Futures, a community designed and directed fund in Kingston; and is a regenerative business consultant and coach to local businesses.

Her work is largely inspired by her time living in a rural village in Burkina Faso in West Africa in 2008-2010.
