Yoga Ceremony 101- An Introduction for Beginners

This is more than a yoga class, it’s a ceremony.

A safe and intentional space where breath, movement, and energy come together to support deep physical and emotional healing. No experience needed. Just come as you are.

Through guided sequences, intentional breathwork, and moments of release and activation, you’ll reconnect with your body, clear stored tension, and awaken your inner strength and truth.

This practice is designed to help you release physical stagnation and mental clutter, build strength and resilience, and regulate your nervous system, leaving you feeling clearer, grounded, and more alive.

In this beginner-friendly experience, you’ll be gently guided through:

• Grounding and intention setting

• Simple, supportive breathwork

• Accessible movement to build strength and release tension

• Moments of pause to reconnect and reset

• Deep rest to integrate and restore

This practice is designed to help you:

  • Release physical and emotional tension

  • Calm your nervous system

  • Build strength and body awareness

  • Feel more grounded, clear, and connected

About Facilitator:

With over 20 years of global study, lived experience, and deep personal self-inquiry, Cindee serves as a yoga teacher, ceremony facilitator, and guide, offering yoga as a sacred practice both on and off the mat. Her work weaves breathwork, somatic movement, moving meditation, ritual, and deep rest to create spaces for physical healing, emotional release, and spiritual guidence. Her ceremonies are guided by intelligent, intuitive sequencing that listens to the body’s natural rhythms, trusting the body’s innate intelligence to lead the way toward integration, healing, and wholeness.
