Shtiebl Community Havdalah & Soulful Potluck

Come and gather at the N.E.S.T. for a soulful potluck Motzei Shabbat and Havdalah by the bonfire.

The Havdalah ceremony serves as a spiritual bridge, transitioning from the holiness of the day of rest to the activities of the week. Performed on Saturday night when three stars are visible.

Event Highlights:

  • 5 pm: Start time for potluck meal.

  • 7-9 pm: Havdallah bonfire and singing

About Shtiebl Village:

The Shtieble community is a nondenominational and intergenerational grassroots Jewish community in the Hudson Valley. They create and share a variety of virtual and in-person experiences, including Shabbat & holiday meals, hikes, casual get-togethers, and more. They welcome all Jewish identities and background — including members of interfaith families.
