This private Sound Healing & Bodywork training camp will provide tools for your personal growth & in your professional healing practice.
All classes will be a balanced mix of quantitative science and experiential hands-on practice. This professional training is designed to give the participant the necessary skills and confidence to effectively facilitate bodywork and sound sessions. We understand that people have varied learning styles and backgrounds in this field. We will teach to meet each student's unique capacities and learning styles.
In this training, we will work with a wide assortment of high-quality sound healing tools from all 4 instrument families. We will build our instrument skills, explore, discover, and work with the elements within them. Onetone Sonic Alchemy will provide the instruments for use and or purchase. Sample Daily Schedule:
Each day follows a gentle yet immersive rhythm, balancing learning, embodiment, and integration:
Morning:
Begin with a grounding practice such as movement, yoga, or Nada Yoga to attune body and mind.
Late Morning / Midday:
Teachings and experiential sessions exploring topics related to sound healing and Cranial Sacral touch, weaving together theory, hands-on practice, and group inquiry.
Afternoon:
Continued practice sessions, partner or small group work, and time for integration, rest, or nature.
Evening:
A facilitated sound experience, offering a deep, immersive journey into listening, vibration, and inner awareness.
What Evolves Throughout the 5 Days & Nights:
While each day follows a similar flow, the content and depth progressively unfold, including:
A variety of movement and embodiment practices
Expanding teachings on sound, listening, and subtle body awareness
Deepening exploration of Cranial Sacral techniques
Increasing opportunities for hands-on practice and integration
Diverse styles of evening sound journeys, from meditative to interactive

Facilitators
Onetone Sonic Alchemy grew out of a response to supply high-quality instruments to our therapeutic sound practitioner students. Joseph (Osteopathy Physician, Sound Facilitator & Practioner) has integrated his clinical osteopathic work with sound healing, and when he and Michael Jay (Gong Master, Sound Facilitator & Practioner, Reiki Master) met, they formed collaborative trainings bringing in MJ’s skills and found amazing alchemy.
