Equinox Advance into Spring: The Sounds of Silence with Hari Kaur, Jennifer Drue & Stefanie Frank

A 2-night, all-inclusive immersion with cozy lodging & nourishing meals

Join us at the threshold of Spring for a deeply restorative weekend of Kundalini yoga, meditation, sacred sound, and intentional silence as we attune to the balancing energies of the Spring Equinox.

At this sacred turning point—when day and night stand in equal measure—we enter the practice of silence to magnify our relationship with mind, nature, and consciousness. Through several hours of noble silence, interwoven with chanting, rarely taught Kundalini transcendental meditations, kriya, pranayama, and immersive gong journeys, we create space to listen more deeply.

Guided by Master Kundalini Teacher Hari Kaur and sound healer Jenn Drue, and held at The Nest by host and curator Stefanie Frank, this retreat offers a gentle yet potent container to shed winter heaviness, clarify intention, and deepen your relationship with your soul and consciousness. Silence becomes not absence—but presence. Not emptiness—but attunement.

Our days unfold in rhythm with nature: early morning sadhana, meditative movement, elemental teachings, restorative sound baths, forest immersion, and spacious time for rest and integration. Sauna, cold plunge, and nourishing meals support the nervous system as we transition into the vitality of the new season.

Our practices include:

  • Kundalini kriya & pranayama

  • Transcendental meditations (rarely taught)

  • Chanting & mantra

  • Extended silence

  • Gong & sound immersion

  • Nature connection & reflection

  • Sauna & cold plunge (optional)

Whether new to Kundalini or a seasoned practitioner, all levels are welcome. Come to realign, reset your nervous system, and advance into Spring with clarity and renewed vitality.
