4 week hybrid series live/zoom presentations
Recreational and medical uses of cannabis are in the news daily, but we see and hear much less about the magical, meditative, and spiritual uses. Entheogenic use of cannabis is at least as old as its use in textiles, food, and medicine. The herb has found use in spiritual traditions throughout the history of humanity. Come join the circle as Phil fires up an experiential tour of the deep and mysterious world of cannabis magick. Expect a euphoric sampling of techniques to maximize and direct the herbal experience toward magical ends.
You choose how you would like to participate.
We will gather in person at the Nest each week.
A Zoom link will be provided as we get closer to beginning our program.
Recordings will be provided.
A WhatsApp group will be created to connect and share as a community on this magickal topic.
What makes cannabis so useful as a medicine? What makes it so much fun as a recreational substance? Is there a difference between hemp and marijuana? What is the best and safest way to consume your herb?
Phil will address the basics of weed lore, some mythbusting, tips for safety and harm reduction, and at least a few facts about cannabis that may surprise even longtime enthusiasts.
This deep dive into the current state of cannabis will be a great opportunity to ask any burning questions you might have and to share knowledge and practice with a likeminded group.
